I read it cover to cover in two sittings, and the way he circles back to that core question about our place in the world feels raw and honest. It's the kind of little book that leaves you with more questions than answers, which I think is exactly the point.

That final chapter where he admits he's still wondering hit me harder than any tidy conclusion could. It's rare to read someone so honest about not having the answer, and his struggle with belonging genuinely made me pause and reflect on my own place in things.

I picked this up expecting a light read, but the way it wrestles with that sense of place really got under my skin. The prose stays honest without getting preachy, and I found myself rereading passages about the unanswerable question long after finishing.
