This little notebook is inspired by vintage school composition books from days gone by. Contains 14 pages of plain recycled paper. Measures 5 ¼” x 7” and is staple bound.
The recycled paper has a lovely rough texture that takes pencil and pen beautifully, and the compact size slips right into my back pocket. It’s a charming throwback that makes jotting down grocery lists feel a bit more special.
The staple binding lays totally flat when I fold it back, which makes writing in it feel like I’m back in grade school. I’ve already filled three of the 14 pages with doodles, and the recycled paper holds pencil marks nicely without smudging.
It’s exactly the size I hoped for slipping into a jacket pocket, and the staple binding lies flat when I doodle on the kitchen counter. The plain recycled pages feel sturdy enough for pencil and ink without ghosting through.
