I’m not artsy at all, but the blank side gave me zero pressure to be perfect—just wrote a few lines and added a tiny stamp doodle. It’s sturdy enough to survive the mail, and my friend said it made her whole week.
The blank side takes paint and ink beautifully without warping, and the back has just enough room for a long note plus the address. I sent one to my niece with a little watercolor doodle on it, and she said it made her day.
I've been using these for my monthly pen-pal letters and the blank side takes watercolor beautifully without warping too much. The other side has just enough space for a proper note plus the address, so I don't have to squeeze my handwriting.
