I got a kick out of handing this to my coworker on his last day—the mini pencil sealed the deal, and the kraft envelope made it feel properly official. It folds out to a nice size that's easy to read across the desk, and the whole joke landed perfectly.
The envelope and card have a nice weight to them, like proper paperwork, and the whole thing unfolds to a cleverly official size. My boss got a real kick out of the mini pencil tucked inside—it’s the little details that sell the joke.
Filled this out for my dad’s retirement party and the official wording made everyone laugh—it really does look like a serious government form until you unfold it. The 8 1⁄2” x 5 1⁄2” flat size is perfect for framing after he signs it.
